The starting point
The European market for US sports cars is demanding, and for Corvette by Hedin there was no unified, technically valid configurator for Europe. Franchise dealers in different countries worked with imprecise tools or manual lists. The requirements were highly complex: different VAT rates and currencies across the EU, country-specific fees and logistics costs, and fast matching of customer wishes with available stock vehicles to avoid long delivery times on custom orders.
Our solution
Instead of a pure marketing tool, PK Solutions built a central sales ecosystem: embeddable in dealer websites in a few clicks, with the "Smart-Stock" algorithm that matches wish configurations with stock vehicles in real time, and a dedicated backend per dealer for exchange rates, local taxes, delivery costs, discount logic and price visibility. The integrated analytics suite delivers valid data for inventory planning for the first time; direct extraction of option codes and the integration with Corvette Center 2.0 reduce order errors and shorten the sales cycle.
