PK KI-Box, on-premises AI for dealerships and workshops

The AI that does your routine work and never leaves your business.

The PK KI-Box sits in your building. It handles recurring office work, answers questions from your own documents and only passes unclear cases to a person. No cloud, no per-user fees, and a monthly cost in the range of a German Minijob.

The intro call takes 15 minutes, using an example from your business.

  • Data stays in your business
  • Works without internet
  • Everyone on staff, one price

Platforms for 40 dealers in five countries

One device. Three jobs it takes off your hands every day.

Routine that runs itself

Filing documents, creating and checking invoices, drafting emails, matching delivery notes. Built in your own workflow builder or by us for you.

  • Clear cases are handled, unclear ones go to a person, sorted
  • Tasks go to the right people automatically
  • A controlling report in your inbox every Monday

Knowledge that stays in-house

Manuals, work instructions, past repair orders and price lists in one place. The box answers only from your documents and names the source, never from general internet knowledge.

  • Safe through staff turnover, onboarding and generational change
  • Takes the same questions off your foreman, service lead and accounts
  • Knows your terms, processes and rules

Works around the clock

No closing time, no holidays, no onboarding. A fixed monthly rent in the range of a Minijob, without a large upfront investment.

  • For everyone at once, no per-user surcharge
  • Keeps running when the internet line goes down
  • Plug in power and network, done

You: Fault code P0299 on the van: what fixed it last time?

KI-Box

P0299 (boost pressure too low) appears in three of your repair orders:

  • 2× charge air hose at the intercooler leaking, replaced, about 1.2 h each
  • 1× turbocharger vacuum actuator faulty, about 2.5 h

According to the orders, pressure-testing the charge air path first pays off.

  • Knowledge

    Search manuals and manufacturer bulletins

Ask repair guides, technical bulletins and training material in plain language instead of scrolling through PDFs.

Your data never leaves your business.

The box sits in your server room and the documents live on the box. Disclosure to third parties is therefore not a matter of trust, it is technically impossible.

What dealerships want to know first

Do I need an internet connection?

Not for day-to-day operation. The box works entirely within your network. For updates and remote maintenance an occasional connection that you control is enough.

Does it work with my DMS?

The box starts by working on its own with your documents and exports. A direct connection to DMS, ERP or workshop software is possible and quoted as a separate project.

Who owns the device?

We do. You rent its use, we set the box up at your site and take care of maintenance, updates and replacement if it fails. At the end of the term we collect it.

What happens if the box fails?

You get a replacement device. Your data lives on the box, which is why a backup to an external SSD is part of the setup, started from the box's display.

What is included in the rent, and what isn't?

Included are the hardware, all AI models and updates, security updates, support during business hours and a replacement device if it fails. Not included are power and network at your site, development beyond the included days, connections to industry software and training beyond the initial introduction.

Can I switch to a larger box later?

Yes. You can move to a larger tier during the term, and the remaining term continues at the new price.

Who is the offer for?

Businesses only. To sign we need your company details and VAT ID. All prices are net plus VAT.

Is the box right for your business?

In 15 minutes we show you, with one of your own processes, what the box takes over and what it costs per month. Or check it yourself in four clicks.
