Hedin Sport Car coordinates 20+ Corvette dealers across five countries. Before Corvette Center 2.0, fragmented communication, manual lead distribution and missing analytics caused friction. PK Solutions built a web-based all-in-one platform: lead management, sales submissions, marketing coordination, aftersales, forum and knowledge base. Detailed description

Architecture: React.js and Tailwind CSS frontend, Base44 Platform backend, cloud deployment with automatic backups. Role-based access and OTP authentication, REST API and webhooks for integrations (e.g. website, GM). Lead management: Dealers see assigned leads with filters (status, priority, date); detailed lead profiles, activity history, workflow from New to Won/Lost. Admins control central lead overview, automatic distribution by region/availability, webhook API, escalation (48h warning, 7 days critical), Excel bulk import, and lead analytics (conversion, response times). Sales: Customer order intake, demo support requests, monthly reports, warranty activation, leasing/trade-in, vehicle registration bonus – with submission management, document handling, and KPI dashboard. Further modules: HSC stock management, configurator with pricing, marketing (events, vehicle requests, newsletter, hub), aftersales (warranty, parts, service, support), merchandise, forum with AI chatbot, news, dealer directory, guidelines and documentation. Multilingual (DE/EN/SE), audit trails, soft-delete, backup – the digital backbone of European Corvette operations.
